This in-depth, immersive, and comprehensive hands-on training weaves together theory, practice, basic psychology, and the practical application of a wide range of teaching skills. Designed for dedicated Ashtanga yoga practitioners and teachers with an established practice, the training offers an opportunity to fully immerse yourself in the Ashtanga Yoga method and explore the art and skill of assisting in the Mysore room.

How to Apply:
Prerequisite to apply: all applicants need to have joined Primary Series Intensive course with Tina | 65h practitioner’s course (or equivalent with her teachers David Robson & Jelena Vesić - either in person or online) - not sure if you are eligible, get in touch via email
there will be pop - up exams during the apprenticeship course to check the knowledge on traditional vinyasa count and alignment of all postures shared during PSI on weekly basis.
